Dual Ross/Juicer compressor with a MIX knob for parallel compression. Blend dry signal to taste.
The REV5 (February 2016) adds a MIX knob to the Bi-CompROSSor's dual-compressor layout, enabling parallel compression. Blend compressed signal with your dry guitar sound: full clockwise is pure compression like the REV4, fully counterclockwise is clean boost only.
Same dual-compressor design: Ross-based CompROSSor (CA3080 OTA) on one side, Dan Armstrong Orange Squeezer Juicer clone on the other. Sustain, Attack, Volume, and MIX on the CompROSSor side; internal Bias trimpot and Volume on the Juicer side. Optional Ryck treble toggle affects only the wet signal.
Runs on 9-15V DC at about 10mA with true bypass. 15dB to 40dB compression range with 4ms attack at center setting.
