AFG-1

The Asheville Music Tools AFG-1 is a 100% analog dynamic flanger using a 256-stage Xvive MN3009 BBD running at 15V for maximum headroom. Delay time spans 0.52-13.5ms, extending to 85ms with expression control for chorus-like textures.

The envelope follower with selectable attack/release parameters makes the flanging respond dynamically to your playing. VCA-controlled feedback and a dedicated Drive circuit add saturation from subtle warmth to aggressive texture. The 3-position phase switch offers Airplane, Swirl, and Phase modes.

Over 380 premium components deliver the warmth and depth that only true analog circuits can achieve. Expression/CV input enables real-time control. Built in a Hammond enclosure with selectable bypass modes.
