The Behringer UV300 Ultra Vibrato is a clone of the legendary Boss VB-2 Vibrato, a discontinued pedal that commands high prices on the used market. True pitch-shifting vibrato effects are rare among guitar pedals.
Unlike tremolo (which modulates volume), vibrato modulates pitch—creating a more vocal, expressive effect similar to a singer's natural vibrato or a guitarist's finger vibrato. The UV300 captures this unique sound at a fraction of the cost of vintage VB-2 units.
Three modes via toggle switch: Latch (effect stays on until pressed again), Unlatch (effect only active while held), and Bypass. Rate, Depth, and Rise controls shape the vibrato character from subtle shimmer to seasick wobble.
