Blackstar was founded in 2007 by former Marshall engineers in Northampton, England. Their LT series brings their amp expertise to affordable solid-state pedals.
The LT Metal combines Blackstars patent-pending valve-like clipping with their ISF circuit for aggressive modern gain. The ISF control sweeps from scooped US high-gain (counterclockwise) through classic British metal crunch (clockwise).
Four controls—Gain, Level, Tone, and ISF—provide comprehensive shaping for modern metal tones. The clipping circuit delivers compression and dynamics matched to their valve pedals. Buffered bypass with silent switching.
Built in a compact metal enclosure for pedalboard integration, 9V DC powered.
