Fuxi

Blue Colander Stompboxes, handcrafted by Juliusz in Poznan, Poland, creates high-end fuzz and effects pedals. The Fuxi is their take on the Klon circuit with two useful internal modifications.

An internal switch activates a pair of germanium clipping diodes for less dirt, more output, and crunchier drive character with increased headroom. A second internal presence switch fattens bright sounds for more punch when the treble is turned up.

Standard controls include gain, tone, and output level. The circuit delivers the transparent, dynamic overdrive character associated with Klon-style pedals while offering additional tonal flexibility.
