Tremond
LM308N-loaded Rat variant with blend control and three clipping modes.
Blue Colander Stompboxes, handcrafted by Juliusz in Poznan, Poland, creates high-end fuzz and effects pedals. The Tremond is a Rat-based distortion mixing vintage big box and Whiteface specifications.
Equipped with the iconic LM308N chip, it delivers creamy, juicy mids with tight attack and signature sag at high gain. A clipping mode switch selects silicon diodes (classic), asymmetrical LED/germanium (crunchy breakup), or no diodes (pure OpAmp distortion).
The Blend knob mixes clean signal, while Boost LPF rolls off treble from the clean channel and boosts bass. The clean channel uses a MOSFET booster that warms tone and adds subtle compression.
For players wanting vintage Rat tones with modern blending and clipping flexibility.
