The RC-500 is Boss's mid-range multi-track loop station, offering two stereo tracks with dedicated footswitches, 99 phrase memories, and extensive connectivity. Released in 2020 as an updated alternative to the RC-30 with modern features.

Two independent stereo tracks with record, overdub, play, and undo. Loop quantize aligns start/end points to the rhythm tempo. 57 rhythm patterns, MIDI sync, and USB for WAV import/export. At 330mA, it needs serious power.

Two main footswitches (one per track), dedicated volume controls per track, and parameter knobs. Color display shows loop status, memory number, and rhythm settings. External footswitch inputs expand control options.
