Nero

Cornerstone Music Gear's Nero is a hybrid pedal running an original fuzz circuit in parallel with a full Gladio SC overdrive—not in series, but split and blended together. Two years of development went into this design.

The Comp knob controls how much Gladio SC overdrive blends with the fuzz, adding dynamics and touch-sensitivity to the compressed fuzz tone. Two Voice circuits with independent bias controls let you switch between different fuzz characters on the fly via footswitch.

Unlike typical fuzz pedals with low input impedance, the Nero offers 1MΩ impedance so it can sit anywhere in your chain. Controls include Volume, Gain, Tone, Comp (Gladio blend), and Voice 1/Voice 2 bias knobs. It pairs beautifully with other drives and responds exceptionally well to rolled-off guitar volume.
