Magnifier

The Magnifier features a dual Butler Amplifier front-end designed by BK Butler, combining the low-noise performance of bipolar transistors with the direct response of classic JFET preamplifiers. It delivers up to 20dB of transparent clean boost while matching the impedance of most pickups to preserve every detail of the instrument signal.

A single Boost knob controls the gain level. An internal switch beneath the bottom plate selects between true bypass and buffered bypass modes, letting it serve as either a clean boost or an always-on studio-grade input buffer and preamp. The wide 9-24V DC operating range provides flexibility across different power supply setups.

Ideal for rejuvenating signals degraded by long cable runs or large pedalboards, the Magnifier keeps tone unaltered through the signal chain. Hand-built in Greece in a mini enclosure.
