Lighthouse
Tape-voiced digital delay with EP-3 preamp, LFO modulation, and up to 700ms of delay time.
Drunk Beaver is a Polish pedal company founded by Ukrainian builder Vitalii Bobrov. The Lighthouse is named after "Mayak," a well-known Ukrainian cassette deck brand, fitting for a pedal that emulates warm, saturated tape echo.
This digital delay produces the slightly imperfect, degrading repeats of vintage tape machines with up to 700ms of delay time. A switchable EP-3 Echoplex preamp adds sparkle and high-frequency content when engaged. The built-in LFO modulation section shapes the repeats with four dedicated controls.
Time, Feedback, and Mix handle the delay basics. Depth and Rate set modulation intensity and speed. Shape controls LFO symmetry while a Wave toggle switches between triangular and sine waveforms. Discontinued. Draws 31mA from 9V DC center-negative.
