DryBell is a Croatian manufacturer that gained recognition with their Vibe Machine series. The V-1 was their first photocell-based Uni-Vibe pedal, establishing the foundation for subsequent versions.

Unlike digital simulations, the Vibe Machine uses actual photocells and a small light bulb like the original Uni-Vibe, creating organic modulation that responds uniquely to dynamics. The V-1 introduced DryBells approach to this classic effect.

The original Vibe Machine established DryBells reputation for meticulous analog circuit design. Handmade in Croatia with custom photocells and bulbs for authentic vintage character.
