Disaster Transport (Reissue)
Modulated analog delay with dedicated tone shaping and modulation. The original, before the Jr and SR versions.
EarthQuaker Devices released the Disaster Transport as one of their earliest delay pedals. It uses analog bucket-brigade chips for warm, naturally degrading repeats. Time control provides up to 600ms of delay. Repeats knob adjusts regeneration from single slapback to infinite oscillation. The Tone control shapes the repeats from dark and murky to bright and present. Modulation adds subtle chorus to seasick warble. The original circuit was refined over multiple versions. Later variants added relay switching and updated components while maintaining the analog signal path. Built
