EarthQuaker Devices created the White Light as a stripped-down vintage overdrive. Few controls, focused on classic amp-style breakup. Volume and Drive controls cover the essentials. The circuit provides warm, dynamic overdrive that cleans up with your guitar volume. Not a high-gain pedal. Best for edge-of-breakup to moderate crunch. The Reissue editions brought back this discontinued circuit due to demand. True bypass via relay switching.
