Effectrode's Tube Drive delivers real tube overdrive operating at amplifier plate voltages, not the starved-plate designs common in tube pedals. The circuit responds to pick attack and guitar volume like a tube amp, cleaning up beautifully and breaking up naturally. Multiple tubes provide cascading gain stages with the complex harmonic content only valves produce.
