Electro-Harmonix built the East River Drive as their Tube Screamer tribute. Classic green-box overdrive with the original JRC4558 chip.
The circuit follows the classic 808 topology with the mid-hump that defines the Tube Screamer sound. Drive, Tone, and Level controls work as expected.
The JRC4558 op-amp provides that warm, slightly compressed character. Works well for blues, classic rock, and pushing tube amps.
