The Poppy is an op-amp-based clean boost with an internal voltage doubler that runs the circuit at 18V for extra headroom.
Three controls provide flexible tone shaping: Boost sets overall level, Frequency selects a center frequency, and Bump adds a resonant peak at the selected frequency for targeted emphasis. Silent relay switching keeps transitions clean.
Compact mini enclosure. Original single-channel boost, predecessor to the Poppy v2 Dual Boost. Discontinued.
