Belt-drive volume pedal with full-rotation mechanism—no string, no dead zone

Professional volume pedal built around Free The Tone's proprietary Full-Rotation Belt-Drive system, replacing the traditional string mechanism found in most volume pedals. The gear-and-belt drive uses metal wire reinforcement to prevent elongation or breakage, and drives the variable resistor through its full rotation range—eliminating the unusable dead zone at the extremes of conventional designs.

Available in two impedance versions: DVL-1H (500k ohm) for passive pickups, fuzz pedals, and vintage effects where high impedance loading is critical; DVL-1L (50k ohm) for active pickups, wireless receivers, and modern buffered effects. TUNER OUT jack provides a constant-level tap for silent tuning.

Built like a tank—5mm thick aluminum pedal plate with aluminum/steel compound chassis at 1.15kg. Fully passive design requiring no power. 90 x 246 x 60mm footprint.
