The RECODER is an interactive phrase-based effect generator that captures audio and injects it into your live sound through spectral morphing. Record from main input, separate REC input, or the built-in microphone. Phrases up to 12 seconds are stored in 234 memory slots.

Short phrases (50-200ms) behave like spectral filters, resonators, or timbral imprints. Longer phrases become rhythmic maps, vowel vocoders, and phantom riffs living inside your clean signal. Four illuminated wheels control parameters in color-coded modes.

Red mode: Tone, Pitch (8 octave range), Damage (degradation to harmonic chaos), Stretch. Yellow mode: Slice (spectral repeats), Repeats, Resonance, Distance (up to 10 second spacing). LIVE mode uses real-time input as spectral donor instead of recorded phrases.
