Harmonious Monk
Harmonic and amplitude tremolo with tap tempo, three waveforms, and internal EQ. A tremolo purist's dream.
Jam Pedals designed the Harmonious Monk to cover both harmonic and standard amplitude tremolo in one package. Harmonic tremolo splits the signal into high and low frequencies, modulating them out of phase for a complex, swirling effect distinct from simple volume tremolo.
Three LFO waveforms (sine, square, reverse sawtooth) shape the modulation character in both modes. The tap tempo footswitch locks the tremolo to your song tempo. Internal EQ trimmers (treble, mid, bass) let you shape the wet signal independently from your dry tone.
Top toggle selects Harmonic or Amplitude mode, lower toggle chooses waveform. Depth and Speed knobs cover the basics. The mk2 adds a Ramp function—hold TAP to gradually shift to a second speed, perfect for building intensity during a song.
