Norman Greenbaum had an early Jordan Boss Tone built into his Telecaster, and with a dying battery providing sag and grit, he recorded one of the most recognizable fuzz tones in rock history: Spirit in the Sky. The Sky Fuzz chases that specific character.

The original Boss Tone's simple two-transistor circuit, combined with voltage sag from a dying 9V battery, created a unique buzzing sustain that's been copied countless times but rarely matched. Jordan captured that magic in dedicated pedal form.
