Switchable JFET buffer/booster with S/D impedance modes and True Bypass/True Sound selector.

The Sunday Driver SW adds a footswitch to the Sunday Driver circuit, allowing the buffer/booster to be engaged and bypassed. The S/D mode switch selects between standard and 4x impedance multiplication for different tonal responses.

A TB/TS mode switch selects the bypass behavior: True Bypass provides zero-loss direct connection when off, while True Sound maintains a neutral buffer in the signal chain. Internal voltage doubled to 18V with signal-to-noise ratio better than -100dB. Gold-plated switch contacts throughout. Runs on 9-20V AC or DC, or 9V battery, drawing 9mA bypassed and 28mA engaged. Discontinued.
