The Embers is LPD's take on the mythical K-style overdrive circuit, with a few twists from Lawrence Petross. The gain sweep has been refined for more consistency, extending the sweet spot for finer control over the breakup range.

Core K-style controls shape the overdrive from edge-of-breakup shimmer to medium-gain saturation. The circuit responds dynamically to pick attack and guitar volume, cleaning up naturally when you back off.

Soft-touch switching. True bypass. 9V DC, center-negative. Built in Mesa, Arizona.
