Lucent Overdrive

The Lucent is LPD's take on the Marshall Bluesbreaker circuit. Lawrence Petross developed a custom approach using tweaked EQ and a substitute for out-of-production clipping diodes.

Classic Tone, Gain, and Level controls are joined by a clipping toggle switch. Down gives you the classic BB sound, feel, and response. Up switches to higher headroom, higher gain, smoother EQ, and a different clipping recipe. Runs on 9-18V for additional headroom options.
