Sweet Honey Overdrive Deluxe

The Sweet Honey Overdrive Deluxe expands on the BJF-designed Honey Bee circuit with additional tone-shaping controls. The core touch-sensitive overdrive character remains intact while providing more flexibility for dialing in specific sounds.

Like the original, it responds dynamically to pick attack and pickup output. The expanded EQ section lets you sculpt frequencies beyond the single Focus control of the standard version. This makes it more adaptable across different guitars and amp combinations.

The circuit maintains that open, uncompressed character that distinguishes it from mid-focused Tube Screamer derivatives. Low-to-medium gain range covers everything from edge-of-breakup transparency to full saturation.

Built on Mad Professor's collaboration with Björn Juhl, who licensed his Honey Bee design. The Deluxe format suits players who loved the original but wanted more control over the final sound.
