Twimble

The Twimble combines Mad Professor's Simble Overdrive and Simble Predrive circuits in a single pedal. Despite the name suggesting tremolo, this is purely a dual overdrive/preamp design by Lassi Ukkonen.

Five controls shape the sound: Sensitivity controls distortion and compression amount, Level sets output volume, Accent adjusts pick attack brightness, and Contour shapes output tone with unity at noon. The Hot/Cool switch toggles between +10dB and +6dB boost levels.

Input impedance splits between 2M ohms for the Predrive and 430K ohms for the Overdrive section. Output impedance is 50K ohms. Current draw is 13mA at 9V. True bypass switching. Now discontinued, was manufactured in Taiwan.
