The Luxury Drive Boost proves that complex isn't always better. A single transistor and one LEVEL control deliver approximately 14dB of clean boost with subtle tonal coloration. Input impedance sits around 1 megohm, output impedance approximately 10kΩ—carefully chosen values for transparent signal buffering. At low settings, the pedal provides definition and sparkle with a slight low-end bump—subtle enhancement that doesn't announce itself. Turn it up and you get significant amplification that pushes your amp into natural breakup or provides solo volume. The circuit is deceptively simple yet delivers specialized signal character. True bypass switching ensures the pedal disappears when off. Draws approximately 15mA from standard 9V DC power. Dimensions not specified but follows Mythos' compact mini-pedal format.
