The Runestone Overdrive is Mythos' evolution of the classic "Bluesbreaker" circuit and a reimagining of the discontinued Daedalus. The Level, Voice, and Drive controls are highly interactive, allowing fine-tuning to any setup. Asymmetrical clipping provides dynamic, responsive feel that rewards playing technique. The circuit features increased output for pushing your amplifier or boosting other pedals with ease. The tone has been recentered with treble reduced for natural-sounding drive that doesn't thin out or get shrill. This makes it perfect for stacking with other overdrives or serving as an always-on overdrive booster for clean signals. Built using full-size through-hole components and assembled by hand in Nashville, TN. All Mythos pedals operate on standard 9V DC power adapters with center-negative polarity. True bypass switching ensures the pedal disappears when not engaged.
