The noise reduction section suppresses hiss and buzz without affecting your guitar's natural decay. The hum eliminator circuit identifies and cancels ground loop interference that creates the 60-cycle hum endemic to stage environments.

Threshold controls let you dial in the suppression to match your rig's noise floor. The circuit engages only when you're not playing, preserving full signal when notes sustain. The hum section works independently of playing dynamics.
