Boilermaker Boost

Boilermaker Boost provides JFET-based clean amplification with up to 20dB of gain on tap. The circuit adds level without coloring your tone, pushing amp front ends into natural breakup or compensating for output differences between guitars.

JFET topology delivers transparent boost with low noise floor. The single-knob operation keeps things simple: turn up for more level, turn down for less. No tone shaping, no coloration, just clean gain.

The boost works effectively as first-in-chain buffer and level setter, or placed before drive pedals to push them harder. Stacking applications benefit from the transparent character that doesn't change what comes after.
