The BeatBuddy 2 represents evolution of Singular Sound's revolutionary drum machine pedal, building upon original's acclaimed realistic drum sounds with significant enhancements to display, capacity, and functionality. Most immediately noticeable upgrade is larger 2.4-inch diagonal TFT LCD screen with redesigned, more intuitive graphical interface that provides enhanced visibility and easier navigation through extensive content library. This second-generation model comes pre-loaded with 13 drum kits, 24 genres, and 220+ styles, all recorded by professional drummers in non-quantized 44.1kHz/24-bit true stereo sound that captures natural dynamics and feel of live drumming.
Major advancement is quadruple sound capacity compared to original BeatBuddy, enabling more detailed high-definition drum kits with richer samples and greater sonic variety. Included 4GB SD card contains all stock beats with ample room for custom content, and users can upgrade to cards up to 32GB for virtually unlimited expansion. Innovative Autopilot feature allows creation of customized drum backing tracks for specific songs while retaining real-time interactive control, bridging gap between pre-programmed sequences and live performance flexibility.
