The Rufus offers a wealth of fuzz tones with the dynamics and tactile response of a tube amplifier. From Fillmore East 1969 sounds to aggressive grunge-era mid-scoop, the 3-band EQ provides complete tonal control.
Suhr's mfx Multi-Function Technology enables seamless switching between Normal and Fat modes by holding the footswitch. The pedal remembers your last mode choice. Fat mode adds low-end girth for massive rhythm tones.
Unlike many fuzz pedals, the Rufus works equally well with guitar and bass, maintaining low-end integrity. The 5K ohm input impedance provides proper interaction with your instrument's output.
Relay true bypass with FX Link for external control. Low battery monitor auto-bypasses when voltage drops. 9mA at 9-18V. Made in USA.
