Op-amp-based low-gain overdrive with asymmetrical clipping and a distinctive pre/post gain EQ architecture. Burr-Brown op-amp, 1% metal film resistors, WIMA and Panasonic capacitors, gold-plated PCB with dust-sealed potentiometers.

Gain, Volume, Treble, Mids (pre-gain), and Bass controls. The pre-gain Mids control shifts from smooth mid-scooped tones to aggressive mid-humped gain, while post-gain Treble and Bass shape the final output. This split EQ architecture provides precise tonal control.

Designed with the Klon Centaur sound in mind but as an original circuit. Covers subtle always-on transparent overdrive through to hairy blues tones. Pairs with the Heavy Water for a combined 'Turbo Dane experience.' True bypass, 25mA draw, 65mm x 125mm x 53mm.
