Chorus Ensemble
Faithful Boss CE-1 clone with MN3002 bucket brigade and exact vintage schematic. First authentic pedalboard CE-1.
The Triungulo Lab Chorus Ensemble is the most faithful recreation in the world of the original Boss CE-1, featuring the exact same schematic, the same Bucket Brigade MN3002 chip, and top-quality age-correct components. Handmade to order by Will Galluccio in Italy, this was the first authentic Boss CE-1 clone designed for modern pedalboards.
The original 1976 Boss CE-1 was a massive floor unit requiring AC power. This recreation captures that legendary analog chorus and vibrato in a compact enclosure running on standard 9V center-negative power. The circuit includes the CE-1's preamp section and both chorus and vibrato modes, using the same topology that made the CE-1 a studio and stage standard.
Controls mirror the original: Chorus/Vibrato switch, Speed (rate), and Depth (intensity). The MN3002 bucket brigade chip delivers the exact lush modulation of the vintage unit—the sound heard on countless 1970s and 1980s recordings. Triungulo Lab started making these in the late 2010s when authentic CE-1 clones didn't exist, establishing the standard for faithful vintage Boss recreations.
