4-buffer routing interface with galvanically isolated right output for ground loop elimination. Supports mono, stereo, wet/dry/wet, and 4/5-cable setups.

Vertex designed the Buffer Interface as a central routing hub for complex pedalboard and amp setups.

Four independent buffers cover Guitar Input, Amp Left Output, Amp Right Output, and FX Loop Return. The right output uses a galvanic isolation transformer to kill ground loops in multi-amp rigs. A passive non-buffered FX Send preserves compatibility with vintage fuzz and treble booster pedals that react poorly to buffers.

1M ohm input impedance, 100 ohm output impedance, with output voltage swing exceeding 14V peak (28V peak-to-peak). I/O includes Guitar In, FX Send, FX Return, Amp L Out, and Amp R Out. Supports mono, stereo, 4-cable, 5-cable, and wet/dry/wet configurations. 9V DC center-negative, 200mA.
