Jangle Master

The Jangle Master is a full analog overdrive/preamp based on the iconic 1964 Vox AC-30/TB (Treble and Bass Boost) amplifier, replicating its unique tone stack and phase inverter stage. Built around a TRIAD Magnetics Military "Red Spec" (MIL-T-27E) high-reliability audio transformer for authentic transformer saturation. Capable of sparkly clean to fully cranked saturation, capturing the amp-like overdrive that defined British Invasion jangle. Top Boost section includes Gain, Bass, Treble, and independent Boost footswitch. Boost Channel switch toggles between Rangemaster Treble Booster style and classic volume booster. Master section features Volume and High Cut controls, plus main bypass footswitch. Internal Presence trim-pot (default set to minimum/CCW) allows fine-tuning of high-frequency response.
