The Throne of Tone is Warm Audio's tribute to two extremely sought-after overdrives based on the classic Marshall Bluesbreaker. This dual-sided pedal offers two independent overdrive circuits, each with extensive tone-shaping capabilities.
Both sides feature identical controls: Volume, Gain, Tone, and Presence (adjustable 500Hz-2.3kHz), plus toggles for King and Blues voicings and Boost/Overdrive/Distortion modes. High and Low gain options expand the range further. A rear-panel send/return loop allows inserting other pedals between the two sides, while a voltage doubler runs internally at 9V or 18V for extra headroom.
Built with JRC4580 and TL072 op-amps, the all-analog circuit creates amp-like overdrive that responds dynamically to your playing. At $229, it offers boutique-quality dual overdrive without the waiting list or boutique prices.
