The Helldrive delivers versatile low to medium gain overdrive with prominent British-style midrange character. The pedal emphasizes preserving your instrument's voice while adding the dirty, compressed quality of classic UK amplifiers. An integrated clean boost (the Fire! circuit) can be switched pre or post the main drive circuit, adding flexibility for different gain-stacking scenarios.

Controls include Input (adjusts impedance and bass), Gain, Balls & Tone (shape mids and compression), Level, Fire! boost volume, and a Booster order switch. Internal trimmer resistors allow fine-tuning of Presence, Bass, Gain, and Tone characteristics. Running on 9V DC at 68mA (73mA at 18V), the internal Dynamic switch enables 18V operation for increased headroom. Both main and booster circuits feature true bypass switching.
