The Xotic AH Booster is a signature collaboration with session guitarist Andy Hicks, designed to deliver his preferred boost and light overdrive tones. This pedal takes the foundation of Xotic's proven boost circuits and voices it specifically for enhanced midrange presence and articulate note definition that cuts through any mix.

The circuit emphasizes the frequencies that help guitars speak clearly in band contexts while maintaining the dynamic response and touch sensitivity that professional players demand. Controls include Gain and Volume for independent adjustment of drive amount and output level, plus a carefully-voiced EQ section for tonal fine-tuning. The AH Booster excels at pushing clean amps into musical breakup and adding presence to already-driven tones. Internal trim pots allow further customization. True bypass switching and 9-18V DC operation round out the professional feature set.
