The Alabs Novadrift covers the full spectrum of modulation effects with nine algorithms: Vibe, Chorus, Multi-Chorus, Phaser, Filter, Rotary, Flanger, Tremolo, and Ring Mod. Each mode features dedicated rate, depth, mix, and tone controls, plus a mode-specific X parameter for deeper tweaking.

The tap tempo function lets you sync modulation rate to your playing with selectable 1/4 or 1/3 beat divisions. The ∞ Explore Mode enables 5-second gesture recording across rate, depth, mix, and tone—creating evolving, animated modulation without external expression pedals.
