Blackstar was founded in 2007 by former Marshall engineers in Northampton, England. Their LT series brings their amp expertise to affordable solid-state pedals.
The LT Drive delivers Blackstars patent-pending clipping circuit in their most affordable format. Unlike its siblings, it omits the ISF circuit for a more straightforward three-knob layout: Gain, Tone, and Level.
The gain range spans from warm, transparent boost through to screaming lead saturation. The valve-like clipping technology provides compression and response typically associated with tube circuits. Buffered bypass and silent switching.
