DD-200 Digital Delay
200-series delay with 12 modes, 32-bit processing, 127 memories, and MIDI. Compact flagship delay.
The DD-200 is Boss's mid-range 200-series delay, slotting between the compact DD-8 and the deep-diving DD-500. Twelve delay modes, 127 user memories, MIDI, and 32-bit processing give it serious firepower in a pedalboard-friendly format.
Twelve algorithms cover the essentials and beyond: Digital, Analog, Tape, Dual, Pattern, Reverse, Tera Echo, Shimmer, Pad Echo, Lo-Fi, Warp, and Slow Attack. Three dedicated knobs (Time, Feedback, Level) plus a fourth parameter knob that changes function per algorithm. Presets are the main upgrade over the DD-8: store and recall 127 complete settings.
MIDI in and out for preset switching and parameter control. Stereo I/O, external tap tempo, expression pedal input. At 175mA, it needs a proper power supply. 32-bit/96kHz audio engine ensures pristine signal quality.
The 200-series format gives the DD-200 enough controls to be tweakable without requiring menu-diving. For players who want presets and MIDI but don't need the DD-500's exhaustive parameter depth.
