DM-101 Delay Machine
Desktop delay with 12 types, extensive I/O, and 40-second looper. Designed for studio and stage.
The DM-101 is Boss's desktop-format analog-modeled delay, released in 2023. Twelve delay types, a built-in looper, and extensive I/O make it more of a delay workstation than a traditional stompbox. The desktop format gives it room for more controls and connections than any compact Boss delay.
Twelve delay types include Standard, Analog, Tape, Dual, Reverse, Shimmer, Lo-Fi, Pattern, Tera Echo, Warp, Pad, and Filter. The Analog and Tape modes model bucket-brigade and tape delay characteristics with modern clarity. Expression pedal input and MIDI support enable real-time control and integration.
A bank of dedicated knobs covers Time, Feedback, Level, Tone, and Mod, plus a parameter section for per-algorithm adjustments. Built-in looper for layering. Stereo I/O with headphone output. At 260mA it requires a proper power supply.
The DM-101 sits alongside Boss's 200-series as an alternative format for players who prefer knob-per-function interfaces over compact stompbox menus. Desktop format puts every parameter at your fingertips.
