Chase Tone, founded by Kyle Chase, creates meticulously voiced fuzz pedals. The '68 Red Velvet Fuzz recreates his favorite 1968 BC183 Dallas Arbiter Fuzz Face while pushing beyond the original's limitations.

At its heart are BC183C silicon transistors yielding warm, full tones with cutting brightness. Five knobs provide unprecedented Fuzz Face control: Volume, Fuzz, Mids, Feel (bias), and Bass.

The Mids control magically boosts midrange and output. Feel adjusts bias for different textures - every setting is musical. Bass manages low-end gain, preventing oscillation with wah pedals. Priced at $129.98, currently sold out.
