Tremoglo

CMAT Mods was founded by Chad Matthews and became a full-time enterprise when he began working with pedal builder Greg Blessing. Their designs focus on boutique tone using premium components and meticulous construction.

The Tremoglo gets its name because the LED glows in the dark, flashing in time with the tremolo speed. The all-analog design delivers vintage amp-style tremolo without the annoying on/off click that plagues some tremolo circuits.

Controls for Depth, Speed, and Level are complemented by a 3-way toggle switch. In up/down positions, the switch controls LED flashing. In the center position, the effect becomes a clean boost/preamp with Speed and Depth controls inactive.

The warm sound works equally well with humbuckers, P90s, and single coils. Built with CMAT Mods' standard premium components including Alpha pots, quality jacks, and true bypass switching. Runs on 9V DC power or battery.
