London Fog
Stereo tape delay with 4 modes, forward/reverse playback, MIDI, and 3 presets.
Coffee Shop Pedals is a guitar effects company designed and built in Saskatchewan, Canada. Their pedals combine vintage-inspired sounds with modern features like presets and MIDI control.
The London Fog is a stereo tape delay with four tape programs: New, Old, Vintage, and Dual, each with distinct sonic character and behavior. Delay time spans from 16ms chorus-like shimmer to 2660ms lengthy repeats, while Playback Direction enables forward, reverse, or both simultaneously.
Two DSP engines running in parallel enable natural trail spillover and forward/reverse layering. Three onboard presets store complete pedal states, expandable to 20 via MIDI TRS input. Tap tempo and rhythmic subdivision selection via footswitches enable real-time performance control.
The Bend function (hold Tap switch) provides momentary pitch and delay speed modulation for dramatic effects. Time, Mix, Repeats, and Playback Speed controls shape the delay character. True bypass with trails. Requires 400mA isolated power. Priced at $309 CAD (approximately $228 USD).
