Does It Doom is a Philadelphia-based boutique pedal company specializing in doom and drone-focused effects. The Doomcaster takes the clean boost concept and expands it into a multi-function utility pedal.

The MOSFET circuit provides up to 29dB of transparent boost without coloring your tone—no mid hump, muddy low end, or high spike. Set the knob at noon for unity gain buffer operation, turn clockwise for boost, or counter-clockwise to use it as a signal attenuator.

When placed in your amp effects loop, the Doomcaster functions as a power attenuator, letting you crank preamp gain while controlling volume. It excels at slamming the input of fuzz or distortion pedals, adding punch and sustain while maintaining your guitar and amp original character.
