Kiwami

Drolo is a Belgian boutique pedal maker founded by David Rolo, specializing in unique, experimental effects. The Kiwami is a multi-function filter pedal with extensive modulation capabilities.

Two resonant bandpass filters sweep in opposite directions, creating vocal, vowel-like qualities when combined. Filter modulation sources include LFO, envelope follower, and manual control, usable individually or simultaneously. A pre-filter gain stage adds distortion when pushed.

Three additional effects - ring modulator, flanger, and aliaser - work alongside the filters for unusual textures. The combination of dual filters with multiple modulation sources and bonus effects makes the Kiwami extraordinarily versatile for experimental players.
