Tentacle

EarthQuaker Devices built the Tentacle as a pure analog octave-up effect. No pitch tracking DSP, just full-wave rectification creating upper octave harmonics. One control: Volume. The octave effect is always on and responds to your playing dynamics. Works best with neck pickup, single notes above the 12th fret. Lower notes and chords produce clanging ring-mod effects. True bypass via relay switching. Compact enclosure. Monophonic by nature of the analog circuit.
