Electro-Harmonix designed the Flat Iron Fuzz around op-amp clipping with a Bias control for wide-ranging fuzz textures.
The Bias knob adjusts the operating point of the clipping stage. Low settings produce gated, sputtery fuzz like a dying battery. Higher settings deliver thick, saturated fuzz with sustain. Volume and Tone complete the controls.
Compact enclosure fits modern pedalboards. True bypass switching. Runs on 9V power.
