Ripped Speaker Fuzz

Electro-Harmonix designed the Ripped Speaker to emulate the sound of a damaged speaker cone. That buzzy, torn-paper distortion has its own appeal.

The circuit creates asymmetrical clipping that mimics mechanical speaker damage. Rip control adjusts how 'torn' the sound is. Volume controls output. The effect can be subtle or extreme.
